Before committing to a purchase in Bulgaria you may wish to fly out to view an area before making the decision to go ahead and buy a property. This is not essential as the projects we are offering are off plan and a plot of land is all that you may be viewing. If you did wish to fly out and view the plots then we can arrange this for you and alternatively if you have already booked your trip (or are on holiday at the time) and simply wish for one of our consultants to meet you out there then just let us know and we can arrange it around your stay.

On a typical viewing trip, we would arrange to pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. The next day you would be shown around the plot and introduced to the lawyer dealing with that particular project. You only really need around 3 days to view the area and see the project.
