The Development:
The oldest Bulgarian Black Sea town - Sozopol, has a history of more than 26 centuries and is one of the most artistic locations in the country. Apart, one can acquire access to all useful local services provided to the public: bank, post office, hospital, public transportation, restaurants, bars and other entertainment places. Santa Marina is situated in the Bourgas Bay , the biggest bay on the the Bulgarian south coast of the Black Sea . The resort stands 32 km south from the city of Bourgas , the city that hosts Bulgaria 's biggest airports. The nearest town to Santa Marina is Sozopol, situated on a rocky peninsula. A highway, leading to the national border with Turkey , connects the entrance of Santa Marina with the rest of the world. While the site has north-east orientation, the southern and western parts are situated in a woodland, carrying the name Sveta Marina (Saint Marina). In this beautiful and tranquil landscape, 29 luxury 3- and 4- storey residences with panoramic sea views are currently being built. In addition, a service and entertainment centre will make sure visitors feel as comfortable as possible. The houses are built with specialized materials that are perfectly suitable to the local climate. These include: an enforced concrete framework supported by external and internal red wall bricks; double insulation containing penopolystyrol thermo-insulation and hydro-insulation; and plasterboards that assist the smoothing out of interior walls. In addition, the houses have three basic construction materials that are consistent with the town's architectural style: stones, white wall plaster and traditional wooden coating. Finally, the typical sloped red tile roofs give a charming finish to the homes. For the convenience of the owners, the resort will be centrally managed, providing maintenance and property management services. The maintenance service is part of the owners' obligations and is calculated according to the floorage of the apartment/studio, on an annual basis. The property management service is optional and is designed to answer the investor's interest in returning the investment. It is focused on rental/expense management.
